8 ways to get clear skin at home

Show me a woman who doesn’t want clear, beautiful skin and I’ll show you a thousand who does.

Clear, flawless skin is a dream that many women have that always seems to be far away, out of reach. But flawless skin is not impossible to obtain, not if we tweak out beauty routines just a little bit to accommodate one or more remedies to get beautiful skin.

Today I will sharing a few ways to get flawless skin, make sure to read to the end



There are two ways to use aloe Vera to attain clear skin:

1. Aloe Vera Gel:

  • Cut Aloe Vera plant,
  • Take out about 1-2 tablespoons of gel
  • Make sure your face is clean
  • Apply the gel to your face and let it sit for about 10 minutes
  • wash off with lukewarm water and moisturise your face.
  • You can do this up to 3 times a week or as often as needed.

2. Aloe Vera face pack:

Aloe Vera contains many ingredients that cure skin problems. It nourishes the skin and rejuvenate it to give the skin a natural glow.


  • 1-2 tablespoons Aloe Vera gel
  • 1 tablespoon of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of honey

How to make:

  • Mix Aloe Vera gel with milk and honey
  • Mix Well
  • Apply to a clean face
  • Leave for 20 minutes
  • Rinse off with lukewarm water
  • Apply twice a week for best results.



Cucumber helps increase skin colour and reduces swelling in the skin. It also rejuvenated dull skin with its antioxidants.


  • 1 small cucumber
  • 1-2 tablespoons of yogurt

How to apply

  • Blend cucumber, add yogurt
  • Beat properly
  • Apply to face and neck
  • Leave the mask in place till it dries
  • Wash off with cold water
  • Repeat twice a week for best results.

Coconut works best for dry skin. It locks moisture into the skin, it nourishes the skin and Makes it glow.


  • 3-4 tablespoons of coconut oil
  • 1-2 tablespoons of sugar

How to make

  • Warm up coconut oil
  • Add sugar to it
  • Apply to skin
  • Rub in a circular motion for about 10 minutes
  • Wipe off
  • Wash face
  • Use to exfoliate skin once or twice a week



Lemon is a natural bleach, it removes tan and brightens the skin. Lemon must be included in every beauty routine, it lightens the skin and makes it glow.

  • 2-3 tablespoons of lemon
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

How to make

  • Mix lemon juice and sugar
  • Apply to clean face
  • Scrub in circular motion
  • Leave for 10 minutes
  • Rinse off with warm water
  • Use twice a week for best results



Honey has anti-microbial properties that cleanses the skin and makes it soft. Honey reduces blemishes.


  • 2-3 tablespoons of honey
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar

How to make

  • Mix honey and sugar together
  • Apply to clean face
  • Scrub in a circular motion
  • Leave for 10-15 minutes
  • Wash off with lukewarm water
  • Use twice a week for best results



Turmeric contains cucurmin a strong antioxidant and anti inflammatory properties. It enhances collagen production to keep skin clean, bright and glowing.


  • 1-2 tablespoons of  turmeric powder
  • 1/2-1 tablespoon of chickpea flour
  • Milk or water to mix

How to make

  • Mix Tenerife powder and chickpea flour together
  • Mix with water or milk to form a paste
  •  Apply to clean face
  • Leave for 15-20 minutes
  • Wash off with lukewarm water
  • moisturize face
  • Apply 1-2 times a week


A lot of people don’t know that rice water can be used to get clear and glowing skin. It can, rice water contains properties that makes skin soft and bright, it reduces spot and pimples.

  • To apply rice water
  • Take a cotton ball
  • Dip it in rice water
  • Apply all over the face
  • Leave for 15-30 minutes
  • Use once or twice a week as desired.
